Terms of Service
These terms apply to Omninoise (“the Service”), a private, self-hosted publishing tool operated by Cuong Tran in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (“the Operator”). The Service is built on the open-source Postiz scheduling software and runs at postiz.lowbit.link. By using it you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is
Omninoise is used only by the Operator and by team members the Operator invites. It schedules and publishes the Operator’s own content to the Operator’s own accounts on social platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn and X. It is not a public service: there is no open sign-up, and it is not offered to the general public.
2. Who may use it
Access is by invitation only. The Operator can add, limit or revoke any person’s access at any time, with or without notice.
3. Your content
- You must own, or hold the rights to publish, everything you upload or schedule through the Service.
- You are responsible for what you publish and for the accounts you connect.
- Synthetic or AI-generated media is labelled as such wherever a platform provides a label for it. Where a platform has no such setting, the post says so in its caption.
4. Platform rules
When you publish through the Service you must also follow the terms and policies of each destination platform, including those of TikTok, Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Threads), Google and YouTube, LinkedIn and X. Do not use the Service to spam, deceive, harass, infringe others’ rights, or break the law.
5. Access may be revoked
The Operator may suspend or end access to the Service, disconnect any account, or remove any content at any time.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Publishing depends on third-party platforms and their APIs, so the Operator does not promise that any post will be published on time, or at all.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data, reach or revenue, arising from use of the Service or from a failure of a third-party platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
9. Changes
The Operator may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
